snowboarding helps, but mountain boarding is very different. I find that people who snowboard pick it up way quicker and are fearless :)

o'right i had forgot i cant remeber what the spare ones were and ti think the seat migh of been the original sdg/kona one that came with the bike

they were dmr v8 pedals and not sure whtat the seat was a wtb speed v comp
